HERE ARE JUST A FEW ANSWERS WHICH WE HOPE WILL ANSWER MANY OF YOUR QUESTIONS

Do we offer finance on our products?

No, not at the moment, but are reviewing this. But we do take all major credit cards. 

Do we guarantee our products?

We have a simple guarantee. We guarantee our French Oak products for 5 years against any faulty materials or workmanship and will repair or replace any item that fails under normal household use. See our terms and conditions for more info.

How do I pay ?

You can pay through our website using your debit or credit card or paypal. If you wish you can pay by cheque or BACS  (bank transfer). Please note that cheques must be cleared before delivery.

Payment can be made in our showroom, over the phone or by cash on delivery.

Will I lose my deposit if I cancel my order before delivery?

If you change your mind we will offer you a refund  within 7 days of you placing your order for our bespoke products. We will refund within 7 working days of cancellation by refunding the payment back to your original method of payment.

Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to refund deposits on orders once work has commenced..

Will my card details be safe and secure when buying via the web site?

Yes. Our website is totally safe. We do not store any card details and all payments online are fully encrypted so you can buy with confidence. Terrigena has been trading for over 20 years and take your security seriously. Please see section 4 of our privacy statement in out terms and conditions for encryption details.

What methods of payment do you take?

You can pay online using your debit or credit card or through paypal.  At our showroom you can pay by card, cheque, cash or anytime by BACS (bank transfer). Please note that cheques must be cleared before delivery.

We are only able to accept American Express and paypal online.

Payment can be made in our showroom, online or over the phone.

Do I have to pay in full or can I pay a deposit?

On all orders we ask for a minimum deposit of 50% with the balance due on or before delivery. On all online purchases we can only take full payment, so please visit, call us or email if you prefer to just pay a deposit on your order

Do you offer 0% finance options?

Sorry but we don’t currently offer finance options.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all our prices on our website include VAT charged at 20%

If your order is for export outside of the EU we are able to Zero rate most orders.

Do prices shown include delivery?

We have a simple delivery system. For orders up to a value of £1000 there is a one off £35 delivery charge for mainland UK deliveries ( excluding anywhere north of Stirling) 

Orders over £1000 are delivered free within the same areas stipulated.

For deliveries North of Stirling or to any offshore island please talk to us.

Do you deliver overseas?

We are happy to organise shipping to anywhere in the world and often supply holiday homes in Europe. Some areas we can Zero rate the VAT for export so please discuss this with us. 

Our guarantee only applies to furniture delivered on Mainland UK.

Do the beds include a mattress?

No, there is such a wide range of mattresses around that we leave that up to the specialists so you can get just what you want.

Can I order samples of the fabrics, leathers and timber?

Yes please email us your request and we will send them to you.

Do you have brochures for your products?

We have brochures for some of our ranges and will happily post them out to you. Some ranges we just have online info but we are always happy to email more info or pictures etc.

What happens if I cancel my order?

For cancellations prior to despatch…

We will refund you within 7 working days of placing your order, if you change your mind prior to work starting on your furniture. We carry out this refund using the same method as you used for your original  payment.

Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to refund deposits on orders made to your specific requirements i.e. bespoke orders when your furniture has already been made.

Can you furniture be made in any sizes and with design changes?

Our  furniture is handmade to order so on some of our ranges we can offer a totally bespoke service. Please talk to us email us or pay us a visit to discuss your project.
