 Covid-19 Procedures

  • We are doing our best to keep people safe, so are encouraging people to make a personal appointment - daytime, evening and weekend appointments available. We can then give you our undivided attention.

  • During our normal opening times we will permit entrance for one household at a time to guarantee social distancing and to enable us to look after you properly. Our opening times will vary so please let us know you are coming.

  • Normal opening times: 

  •  Monday - by appointment only 
  • Tuesday - times vary please contact us before travelling or make an appointment.                                                                             
  • Wed - Saturday open 11am- 5.00pm - IMPORTANT... we are operating with reduced staff so sometimes we may be closed for deliveries.      PLEASE check with us before travelling. 
  • Sunday - by appointment only


  • If you have not made an appointment you can gain access by ringing the bell on the door – we will regulate entrance to the showroom.


  • Our interior design advice, furniture supply, curtains, blinds, lighting, soft furnishing, art and gifts will be available as usual.


  • We will make every effort to make you feel safe throughout the process of ordering and supplying your furniture and interior accessories.

  • We will provide hand gel and gloves for customers.


  • We are open for click and collect sales by appointment.


  • Visit our website 24 hours a day - we are taking orders and most of our suppliers are working and delivering.


  • We can post fabric samples and lend fabric books as usual ( quarantined for 3 days between loans )


  • We can measure up, quote and fit curtains and blinds using social distancing rules. If you prefer we can advise you how to measure and fit yourselves.


  • To protect those self-isolating/shielding we will carry out social distancing deliveries e.g. To your garage - where it can quarantine for 3 days


  • We can deliver & assemble, using social distancing

As part of our upholstery service we also supply and fit made to measure  curtains and blinds and in our showroom we also offer a range of home accessories including lamps, rugs and glass art prints.
